Arthur St Digital’s website experts began the development process through a strategy session with Runway’s key stakeholders. This session including the building of Customer Journey Maps. The team needed to understand how Runway’s customers behaved throughout their journey through the purchase funnel, which included identifying key gaps and touch points.
Working closely with the client, the Arthur St team mapped out the sitemap and began creating wireframes for the development of the website. These provided the client with an overview or ‘mock-up’ of the structure and user interface the new website will have.
The design section was next. We used colours, logos and images (provided by Runway) to begin the page layout construction. This gave the client an overview of what the website’s page
After coding, testing and SEO, the site was finally ready to be tested and reviewed by the client. After a short 2 months, the Runway HQ website was ready to be launched!
